Within house gravity casting facilities, we are able to tailor process most suitable for our customer’s project. Because every component is different, we also design the casting process for every component individually.
We are able to:
- Produce castings in matter of days with rapid methods such as 3D printed forms or SLS models.
- Produce castings with conventional moulds made by in house CNC department.
- With several years of experience in die casting engineering, we can advise our customers by design of components.
- With heat treatment and selection of aluminium alloy we are able to introduce castings prototypes with similar properties as serial die cast components.
